About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, analytically minded Virtual Assistant to support a US-based vacation rental management company on a part-time, fully remote basis. This is not a general admin role we need someone who thinks critically, communicates with precision, and understands how digital marketing supports direct bookings.
You'll work 2025 hours per week and own a set of recurring operational tasks while also supporting outbound marketing execution.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare month-end reports
Monthly Owner Reports
Monthly credit card reconciliation
File quarterly STR reports
Listings, Website, and Guest Experience Support
Update listing photos
Listing description updates
Monthly website review
Track Airbnb stats
Monitor guest feedback trends
Marketing Support (Outbound + Coordination)
Research market trends, competitor listings, and targeting opportunities
Coordinate newsletter production
Coordinate social content calendars and ad campaign logistics
Update communication templates
Support day-to-day coordination with vendors and collaborators
What We're Looking For
Exceptional English strong, polished written communication is a must
Analytical and structured thinker able to prioritize, problem-solve, and execute independently
High attention to detail accuracy matters in reporting and marketing
Comfortable working inside multiple tools/systems and following SOPs
Bonus: STR industry experience, GoHighLevel/CRM familiarity, Canva/Google Workspace, project management tools.
