Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Experience: 1 to 1.5 years

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Timings: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM ( In Daylight savings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM )

Duties:

• Research the top workers compensation law firms and the practices within those firms who do workers compensation.
• Determine, decipher, and select associated emails to those law firms.
• Input those emails into Salesforce, coordinate and collaborate with me on that.
• Data input from old manual sheets into SF with the correct lead statuses and information, identifying high value leads along the way.
• Research and identify doctors who more than 20% of their practice- workers compensation patients.

Requirement:

Fluent in speaking and writing in English, understand geography of US, ability to listen, execute, smart and intuitive, knows salesforce at least to some extent or similar CMR software, excel, google.
