Job Title: Virtual Assistant Operations & Accounts (USA Shift)

Shift Timings: USA Shift (Night Shift as per client time zone)
Salary: Up to 35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and professional Virtual Assistant to work on behalf of a USA-based pool cleaning company. The role requires managing client communication, handling accounting-related coordination, invoicing, CRM updates, and ensuring smooth execution of client and customer requirements. The candidate will act as a virtual representative of the company and must be comfortable working in the USA shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle client communication through calls and emails
- Perform cold calls, follow-up calls, and payment-related calls
- Manage invoicing and coordinate payment follow-ups
- Maintain professional email communication and timely follow-ups
- Update and manage CRM systems and other client portals
- Understand and execute client-specific requirements
- Coordinate between clients and their end customers for service delivery
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation
- Represent the company professionally as a Virtual Assistant (VA)
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Willingness to work in USA shift timings
- Basic to good accounting knowledge
- Practical experience with invoicing and billing processes
- Strong client-handling and customer coordination skills
- Confidence in cold calling and follow-up calls
- Proficiency in email communication
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and online portals
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Experience:- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Operations Executive, or Accounts Executive
- Experience working with USA-based clients
- Exposure to service-based or maintenance industries is an advantage
