About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in business operations, client communication, and project management.
As a VA Intern, you will be the glue that keeps our daily operations running smoothly. You will support our leadership team by managing schedules, refining client-facing documents, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule appointments, manage meeting invites, and provide timely reminders for upcoming tasks and deadlines.
Proposal Coordination: Draft, format, and send business proposals. You will be responsible for making quick corrections/edits to proposals based on feedback.
Communication: Manage email correspondence, respond to inquiries professionally, and follow up with stakeholders as needed.
Presentation Support: Create and polish visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.
Data & Admin Tasks: Perform accurate data entry, organize digital files, and maintain internal databases.
Operational Support: Assist with general office tasks and provide administrative overflow support to ensure the team meets its goals.
Who You Are
Detail-Obsessed: You notice the small thingswhether it's a typo in a proposal or a double-booked meeting.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with tools like Slack, Zoom, or Trello is a plus.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills. You can draft professional emails and clear reports.
Reliable & Proactive: You take ownership of your tasks and don't wait to be told what to do twice.
Adaptable: You can pivot quickly between tasksfrom data entry to creative PPT design.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business, Communications, or related program.
Ability to work remotely and maintain a stable internet connection.
Availability to work [Insert Hours, e.g., 1520 hours per week].
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
