We are now looking for a Virtual Assistant (Freelancer) who can support our team with research, content, and coordination a self-starter who's resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable using AI tools to get things done faster and smarter.
Role Overview
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll work closely with the FounderHelpDesk leadership and startup cohorts to assist with:
- Online Research exploring trends, case studies, and emerging AI/tech use cases.
- Prompt Engineering crafting, refining, and testing AI prompts to generate useful insights and drafts.
- Documentation & Technical Writing preparing structured notes, articles, frameworks, and reports.
- Project Coordination managing Google Docs, Sheets, and shared folders for various startup initiatives.
This is a freelance or virtual role ideal for independent professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research on AI/ML, startups, and industry-specific innovation topics.
- Create concise summaries, concept briefs, and founder-ready reference documents.
- Develop effective AI prompts and workflows to accelerate content or research tasks.
- Draft and edit internal or external documents (articles, frameworks, reports).
- Collaborate with FounderHelpDesk's content and product teams for cross-functional projects.
Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Strong command of English and clear, structured writing ability.
- Experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar AI tools.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and online collaboration tools.
- Curiosity for startups, AI, and new technologies.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with research report writing or startup documentation.
- Basic understanding of product design, AI workflows, or innovation frameworks.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant, researcher, or writer.
