Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Blog QA & Administrative Executive to support both content quality assurance and day-to-day administrative operations. This role involves reviewing AI-generated and team-written blog content before publication while also assisting with office administration, coordination, documentation, and basic marketing support.

The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Quality Assurance:

  • Review and proofread blog content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and readability.
  • Ensure proper formatting, structure, heading hierarchy, and overall content presentation.
  • Verify SEO compliance, including keyword usage, meta details, internal/external linking, and content optimization.
  • Check the accuracy and functionality of hyperlinks, references, and citations.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand guidelines across all published content.
  • Identify repetitive, low-quality, or AI-generated inconsistencies and coordinate with writers to resolve them.
  • Ensure all blogs are publication-ready within assigned timelines.

Administration and Coordination:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and internal coordination.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support team operations.
  • Assist with HR and administrative processes as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders when needed.
  • Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Support cross-functional teams with organizational and administrative requirements.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist with basic marketing activities and campaign coordination.
  • Support content-related initiatives and social media activities.
  • Help maintain marketing records, reports, and tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in content review, administration, operations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong proofreading, editing, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, Notion, and similar productivity tools.

Skills:

  • Experience in content quality assurance, proofreading, editorial review, or content operations.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and AI-generated content review.
  • Understanding of plagiarism detection and content readability tools.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
