Role: Village Facilitator

Project: Paytm Smart Village Abhiyan project by Paytm Foundation

Location: Aligarh District, Uttar Pradesh

Project Duration: 6 Months

Village Facilitator - Key Responsibilities

1. Community Mobilisation

. Support in Mobilising farmers, women/SHGs, youth, and other beneficiaries.

. Support beneficiary identification and participation.

2. Field Implementation

. Support in planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities.

. Support awareness camps and digital & financial literacy sessions.

. Provide on-ground handholding and support to beneficiaries.

3. Field Coordination

. Support in Coordination with District Administration, Panchayat, community leaders,

SHGs, and all other relevant authorities and all other stakeholders.

4. Documentation & Reporting

. Maintain beneficiary and activity records and collect photographs/other supporting

documents.

Preferred Skills

. Graduate in any discipline experience in rural/community development preferred.

. Good communication and community mobilisation skills.

. Familiarity with local communities and Government welfare schemes.

. Ability to conduct field activities, maintain records, and collect beneficiary data.

. Willingness to undertake regular field visits and engage with villagers.

. Good existing relationship with village, block and district authorities.
