The Vigilance Officer is responsible for ensuring discipline, safety, compliance, operational monitoring, and administrative vigilance across all assigned school branches. The role involves conducting regular inspections, monitoring staff conduct and campus activities, ensuring adherence to school policies, and supporting management in maintaining a safe, disciplined, and well-regulated school environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Vigilance & Monitoring
- Conduct regular and surprise inspections across all school branches.
- Monitor daily school operations to ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Identify irregularities, negligence, misconduct, or operational gaps and report findings to management.
- Ensure proper implementation of school rules, safety measures, and administrative protocols.
Discipline & Campus Supervision
- Oversee campus discipline among students, staff, transport personnel, and support staff.
- Monitor entry and exit procedures for visitors, students, and employees.
- Ensure proper supervision during school hours, assemblies, dispersal, events, and examinations.
- Address incidents related to indiscipline, misconduct, or violations of school regulations.
Safety & Security Compliance
- Ensure all branches follow safety and security standards.
- Coordinate with security personnel to maintain campus safety.
- Verify CCTV monitoring systems, visitor logs, transport safety measures, and emergency preparedness.
- Conduct periodic audits related to fire safety, infrastructure safety, and emergency response procedures.
Investigation & Reporting
- Investigate complaints, incidents, or violations reported by management or school authorities.
- Prepare detailed inspection and incident reports with observations and recommendations.
- Maintain confidential records of inquiries, investigations, and vigilance activities.
- Submit regular compliance and vigilance reports to senior management.
Staff Coordination
- Coordinate with Principals, Administrative Officers, HR, Transport, and Security departments.
- Support management in implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure support staff and vendors adhere to school standards and policies.
Transport & Infrastructure Monitoring
- Inspect school transport operations for safety and punctuality.
- Monitor maintenance, housekeeping, and campus infrastructure standards across all branches.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and operational readiness of school facilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Experience in administration, vigilance, security, school operations, or compliance preferred
- Retired defense/police personnel may be preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in vigilance, administration, security, or institutional operations.
Working Conditions
- Requires regular travel between all 5 school branches in Hyderabad.
- May require availability during school events, emergencies, or special inspections.
