Afin de soutenir lquipe Training Products Deployment and Support Bangalore, Airbus India (IISTB) recherche un(e) VIE - Ingnieur Logiciel (H/F).

Le Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) est un programme international unique, soutenu par le ministre franais de lconomie, des Finances et de l'Emploi. Il permet Airbus d'offrir de jeunes professionnels l'opportunit de vivre une exprience professionnelle rmunre ltranger, dans des fonctions techniques ou commerciales.

La dure du contrat VIE est de 12 mois (renouvelable pour 12 mois supplmentaires aprs accord mutuel).

Training Products Deployment and Support (D&S) : Lquipe Training Products D&S est responsable du dploiement, de la livraison et du support de tous les produits de formation d'Airbus destins ses clients et l'ensemble des centres de formation Airbus. Notre mission principale consiste grer le contenu de formation sur diffrentes plateformes, dbloquer les accs aux cours et assurer le suivi contractuel.

En apportant notre support 250 entits et plus de 15 000 utilisateurs, nous garantissons un accs fluide et continu l'apprentissage. Nous veillons galement au maintien d'une documentation de qualit pour nos clients et nos parties prenantes internes.

Missions et Responsabilits

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

• IA : Familiarit avec les outils d'IA (pour le dveloppement d'interfaces utilisateur ou leur intgration).

• Automatisation sur mesure : Dvelopper, tester et dployer des solutions Google Apps Script (GAS) pour automatiser les tches rptitives entre Google Sheets, Forms, Calendar et Gmail.

• Dveloppement Web : Concevoir et maintenir des applications web internes (hberges via Apps Script) servant d'interfaces pour la saisie de donnes ou la gestion de processus.

• Gestion de donnes avance : Construire des cosystmes Google Sheets complexes et performants en utilisant des formules avances, des tableaux croiss dynamiques et des fonctions de requte (Query).

• Reporting KPI & SLA : Crer et grer des tableaux de bord automatiss (via Looker Studio ou Google Sheets) pour suivre la performance de lquipe, les accords de niveau de service (SLA) et les indicateurs cls de performance (KPI).

• Maintenance & Dbogage : Surveiller de manire proactive les scripts existants, rsoudre les erreurs et optimiser le code pour garantir une disponibilit totale des outils critiques.

• Qualit & Documentation : Tenir jour la documentation technique, les procdures oprationnelles (SOP) et les registres de contrle qualit.

• Gouvernance : Contribuer au renforcement de la gouvernance D&S.

• Coordination : Assurer la liaison avec les dpartements Airbus concerns (et les fournisseurs) pour coordonner le lancement de nouvelles initiatives.

• Gestion de projet : Responsable de la planification, du maintien et du reporting des feuilles de route (roadmaps) des projets assigns.

• Optimisation : Proposer des amliorations pour les processus, les procdures associes et les outils.

• Stratgie : Contribuer la dfinition et l'affinement de la stratgie avec une vision de bout en bout des produits et des besoins clients.

Profil recherch

Vous possdez tout ou partie des comptences et expriences suivantes :

• Diplme suprieur (Master/Ingnieur) en informatique ou applications informatiques.

• Autonomie, rigueur, excellentes capacits de communication, curiosit et esprit d'analyse et de synthse.

• Aptitude travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.

• Conscience de soi, adaptabilit et aisance relationnelle pour interagir avec le management et les experts techniques.

• Capacit tablir des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes internes et les partenaires externes.

• Matrise courante du franais et de l'anglais (crit et oral).

• Matrise de la suite Google et des outils collaboratifs.

In order to support the Training Products Deployment and Support team at Bangalore, Airbus India (IISTB), is looking for a VIE - Software Engineer

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The contract duration of the VIE is 12 months (Can be extended for another 12 months on mutual agreement at a later stage).

General informations about our department

Training Products Deployment and Support (D&S) :

• The Training products D&S team is responsible for deployment, delivering & supporting all the training products by Airbus to its Customers and all the Airbus Training Centres. Our key responsibility lies in managing the course content on different platforms, releasing the training access and then maintaining the contractual numbers

• Supporting 250 entities with more than 15k users ensures their regular learnings are consumed seamlessly.

• Maintaining quality documentations for the customer and internal stake holder.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• AI : Familiarity with any AI tools for (UI development or its integration)

• Custom Automation: Develop, test, and deploy Google Apps Script (GAS) solutions to automate repetitive tasks between Google Sheets, Forms, Calendar, and Gmail.

• Web Development: Design and maintain internal Web Apps (hosted via Apps Script) to act as user interfaces for data entry or process management.

• Advanced Data Management: Build complex, high-performance Google Sheets ecosystems using advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and Query functions.

• KPI & SLA Reporting: Create and manage automated dashboards (using Looker Studio or Google Sheets) to track team performance, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Maintenance & Debugging: Proactively monitor existing scripts, troubleshoot errors, and optimize code to ensure 100% uptime for critical team tools.

• Quality & Documentation: Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, and quality control logs to ensure compliance with team standards.

• Contributes to strengthening the D&S governance

• Liaise with all involved Airbus departments (and suppliers) to facilitate and coordinate the readiness of new initiatives

• Accountable for planning, maintaining and reporting the assigned project roadmaps

• Propose optimization of the processes and associated procedures and tools

• Contribute to strategy definition and refinement with an end to end vision of the products and the Customers needs

• Ad hoc specific projects

Required skills

You will have some or all of the following skills and experience:

• An advanced degree in computer applications

• Autonomous, rigorous, good communicator, inquisitive, have the ability to analyze and synthesize.

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

• Self-awareness, adaptability and networking skills to be comfortable in your interactions with management and subject matter experts

• Ability to develop trust and open relationships with internal stakeholders and external Partners

• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication (written and verbal)

• Comfortable with Google suite and other collaborative technologies
