Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Bengaluru. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content for brand campaigns, social media, events, and other creative projects. Daily responsibilities include operating cameras, setting up lighting and audio, coordinating with directors and designers, and capturing high-quality footage that aligns with project briefs. The role involves collaborating with the creative team on shot lists, visual concepts, and storytelling approaches, as well as organizing and managing video files for post-production. The Videographer is expected to maintain equipment, stay current with industry techniques, and support the studio in delivering consistent, polished visual outputs.
Qualifications

• Strong video production skills, including planning shoots, executing shot lists, and collaborating with creative teams.
• Proficiency in camera operation and handling professional camera equipment for various formats and environments.
• Experience with lighting setup and shooting video in both controlled studio settings and on-location scenarios.
• Ability to manage production logistics such as equipment preparation, basic sound capture, and workflow organization.
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic post-production practices is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling instincts, and ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Relevant experience in videography or film production; a degree or certification in film, media, or a related field is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and occasionally adapt to flexible schedules for shoots and events.
