Role OverviewWe're looking for a hands-on Videographer & Video Editor who can independently shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content across product marketing and social media.
Key ResponsibilitiesShooting & Production- Shoot scripts, trends, love stories, testimonials, interviews, podcasts, and behind-the-scenes content primarily using an iPhone
- Handle framing, lighting, and mobile-based audio setup (external mics, basic rigs)
- Execute shoots across office, set ups and events
- Ensure fast, agile content capture suited for social-first platforms
Editing & Post-Production- Edit videos using tools such as Premiere Pro, Veed, or mobile-first tools if required
- Create both long-form and short-form content
- Perform color correction, sound cleanup, transitions, and captioning
- Export videos optimized for different platforms and make quick adapts
- Working on mirrorless cameras for professional shoot
Social Media Content- Convert long-form videos into short-form content (Reels, Shorts, clips)
- Add hooks, subtitles, and platform-specific pacing
- Collaborate with the team on content ideas and storytelling
- Help build a consistent video style and visual language
Asset Management and Quality- Maintain an organized library of raw footage and final assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
Monthly Output Expectations- 12-15 short-form videos every week (Reels, Shorts, clips)
- Additional BTS, demo, and campaign content as required
- Adapts of each video in 4-5 sizes
Must-Have Skills- 2–5 years of experience as a Videographer & Video Editor
- Strong experience shooting high-quality video using iPhone or mobile-first setups
- Understanding of mobile videography techniques (lighting, framing, stabilization, audio)
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere ,Pro, Veed or similar)
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end video production
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Good-to-Have Skills- Basic motion graphics (After Effects)
- Experience creating product or technology-focused videos
- Familiarity with social media trends and formats
- Photography skills (mobile or camera-based)
- Malayalam language proficiency

- Own projects end-to-end: concept to final delivery
- Manage timelines, revisions, and versioning independently
