Role Overview
StairlessJourney is looking for a passionate and creative Videographer Intern based in Pune to support on-ground content creation. The role involves shooting engaging videos, capturing real stories, and producing visually compelling content with an interesting and impactful style.
This is an unpaid internship offering flexible duration options and creative freedom.

Key Responsibilities
Shoot on-ground video content across Pune
Capture accessible locations, community stories, and awareness initiatives
Conceptualize and execute creative video ideas
Assist in editing and refining video content (if skilled)
Maintain visual consistency aligned with the initiative's mission
Create engaging short-form and long-form content for digital platforms
Coordinate with the team for planning and execution of shoots

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of videography (framing, lighting, composition)
Creative mindset with strong storytelling interest
Interest in social impact and inclusive initiatives
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work independently and manage timelines
Must be based in Pune and available for on-ground shoots
Own iPhone preferred (good camera quality required for content production)
