About The Role
DTC Projects Pvt. Ltd. is a Kolkata-based real estate and construction group managing 65+ lakh square feet across multiple project sites in the city. We are hiring a Videographer & Reel Editor who can handle the full cycle - from on-site shoots to final delivery - for our marketing, social media, and promotional content needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot on-site videos at construction and completed properties - walkthroughs, progress updates, and promotional films
- Edit short-form reels and long-form videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Handle colour correction and grading to maintain a consistent, premium visual standard
- Work with the marketing team on shot lists, storyboards, and content calendars
- Manage raw footage, project files, and deliver exports within deadlines and in required formats
Requirements
Required Skills
- Hands-on shooting experience - must be comfortable operating a camera independently
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent)
- Colour correction and colour grading
- Reel editing for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Owns a DSLR or mirror less camera
- Prior experience in real estate, architectural, or interior videography
- Basic knowledge of drone footage handling or coordination
- Familiarity with motion graphics or After Effects
Candidate Profile
- Must be based in Kolkata or willing to work from Kolkata
- A portfolio or show reel link is mandatory at the time of application.
- Open to both full-time employees and freelancers
