Videographer Personal Branding Content Creator

Experience: 2+ Years (Creator Economy / Personal Branding Preferred)

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy Videographer to work closely with a creator in the beauty, makeup, and lifestyle space.

This role goes beyond simply operating a camera. We are looking for someone who understands social media content, storytelling, creator-led content formats, and audience attention spans. You will be responsible for capturing engaging content that aligns with the creator's personal brand and contributes to long-term audience growth.

• Shoot high-quality Reels, Short-form Videos, Vlogs, Lifestyle Content, Podcasts, Tutorials, and Behind-the-Scenes Content.
• Understand content briefs and execute shoots according to the content strategy.
• Capture content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social-first platforms.
• Suggest creative shot ideas, transitions, hooks, and storytelling techniques during shoots.
• Ensure content is visually engaging while maintaining the creator's brand identity.
• Manage camera equipment, lighting, audio, and overall shoot quality.
• Coordinate closely with the Content Strategist and Editor throughout the content creation process.
• Organize and transfer footage efficiently after every shoot.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, creator formats, and platform best practices.
• Take ownership of ensuring sufficient content is captured for weekly publishing requirements.
  

• This is a Monday to Friday role.
• For 4 days a week, you will primarily be shooting content in Gurgaon alongside the creator.
• Shoots may take place at the creator's location, partner locations, studios, events, or other shoot venues as required.
• 1 day every week, you will be required to visit our studio in Aditya World City, Ghaziabad.
  

The weekly visit to our Ghaziabad studio is an important part of the role and will involve:

• Reviewing content shot during the week with the internal team.
• Coordinating with the editor regarding footage, creative requirements, and upcoming deliverables.
• Discussing content quality improvements and shoot learnings.
• Aligning with the Content Strategist on upcoming content requirements and production plans.
• Planning equipment, locations, and shoot requirements for the following week.
  

• Minimum 2+ years of videography experience.
• Experience shooting content for creators, influencers, personal brands, or social media-first brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form storytelling.
• Excellent knowledge of framing, composition, camera movement, lighting, and audio.
• Ability to independently manage shoots and solve creative challenges on set.
• Comfortable collaborating with strategists, editors, and creators.
• Strong organizational skills for managing footage and production workflows.
• Must own and be proficient with professional shooting equipment.
  

• Basic video editing knowledge.
• Experience in beauty, makeup, fashion, or lifestyle content.
• Understanding of creator-led content and personal branding.
• Knowledge of content performance metrics and social media trends.
• Ability to contribute creative ideas beyond videography.
  

Candidates must be able to commute regularly to both:

• Gurgaon
• Aditya World City, Ghaziabad

This is a mandatory requirement for the role.

• Signing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is mandatory.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and accountability are expected.
• Candidates with experience in creator-led content and personal branding will be preferred.
