Role Description The Videographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur. This role is responsible for planning, filming, and producing video content that showcases oho Living's properties, amenities, resident experiences, and brand story. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting, composing shots, and capturing high-quality footage for marketing and social media channels. The Videographer will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to understand content requirements, schedule shoots at various properties, and ensure consistent visual branding. The role may also involve basic editing, organizing video assets, and maintaining equipment to support ongoing content creation.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong video production skills, including planning, shooting, and basic post-production.
• Candidates should possess camera operation skills and hands-on experience working with different camera types.
• Candidates should possess practical lighting skills, including setting up and adjusting lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Candidates should possess shooting video skills, with an understanding of framing, composition, and movement.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate marketing objectives into visual content.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on-site across multiple property locations in Jamshedpur.
• Familiarity with basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is an advantage, as is prior experience in real estate or hospitality content.
