About The Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer with 1–2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong videography skills along with a good understanding of photography, camera equipment, lighting techniques, and visual storytelling. The role involves creating high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, patient testimonials, events, promotional activities, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional videos and photographs as per project requirements.
- Shoot patient testimonials, doctor interactions, promotional content, and social media content.
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Set up and manage cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production gear.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, camera movement, and visual quality during shoots.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams for content planning and execution.
- Maintain equipment and ensure readiness for all shoots.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw footage and visual assets.
- Maintain high creative and production standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in videography or video production.
- Basic to intermediate photography skills.
- Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and professional video equipment.
- Understanding of camera settings, frame rates, exposure, white balance, and lighting techniques.
- Experience with gimbals, tripods, microphones, and other production accessories.
- Knowledge of shot composition, visual storytelling, and content creation for digital platforms.
- Ability to manage shoots independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing videography work is preferred.
Training & Job Location
- Selected candidates will undergo a 15–20 day training program in Delhi/Gurgaon.
- Food and accommodation during the training period will be provided by the company.
- Upon successful completion of training, the final job location will be Hyderabad.
- Candidates should be willing to travel for training and relocate to Hyderabad for the role.
Salary Range
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set)
