We're Hiring Junior Videographer

Location: Pune (On-site)

Experience: 1+

We're looking for a Junior Videographer who can lead high-quality UGC and product launch video shoots. This role will start with assisting our current directors and producers to understand our workflow, and gradually move towards handling shoots independently, end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Understand and learn the existing shoot processes during onboarding
• Direct and manage UGC and product launch video shoots
• Coordinate with medium to large teams on set
• Handle pre-production planning prop lists, shot lists, schedules
• Solve on-set challenges and ensure smooth execution and high-quality output.

• Fast learner with openness to new processes
• Strong organizational and team management skills
• Ability to problem-solve during high-pressure shoots
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Bonus: Experience with camera, lighting, or video editing.
