Job Summary
Eye Mantra Hospital is looking for a creative and skilled Full-Time Videographer to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for medical, educational, and marketing purposes. The videographer will play a key role in showcasing our hospital services, doctors, patient education content, and brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos on a daily basis within the hospital premises
- Record surgeries, doctor interviews, patient testimonials, awareness videos, and events (as per hospital guidelines)
- Edit videos for social media, website, YouTube, and marketing campaigns
- Handle lighting, audio, camera setup, and framing professionally
- Collaborate with doctors, marketing, and social media teams for content planning
- Ensure videos follow hospital branding, quality, and confidentiality standards
- Maintain and manage video equipment and storage
- Stay updated with current video trends, reels, and short-form content
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a videographer (medical or corporate experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
- Ability to work full-time on-site
- Attention to detail and storytelling skills
- Professional behavior and respect for patient privacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospital or healthcare video production
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animations
- Photography skills are a plus
