Role summary
We're looking for someone who is comfortable working a camera and can edit high-quality videos end-to-end. You'll own video production from concept to final export.
Key responsibilities
Shoot videos for brand/content needs (interviews, product, events, reels/shorts, ads).
Set up lighting, framing, and audio for different environments (studio and on-location).
Edit videos end-to-end: selects, pacing, sound cleanup, music, basic color correction, graphics, and captions.
Produce multiple cut-downs from one shoot (16:9, 1:1, 9:16; short and long versions).
Manage footage workflow: backups, file naming, project organisation, exports.
Collaborate with marketing/creative teams on storyboards, shot lists, and creative direction.
Maintain consistency with brand style (look, sound, typography, transitions).
Requirements
Proven experience shooting and editing professional videos (portfolio required).
Strong camera operation skills (composition, movement, exposure, focus).
Solid audio knowledge (lav/boom basics, avoiding noise, syncing).
Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve (any one is fine).
Comfortable working fast for social formats while maintaining quality.
Good communication, reliable ownership, and ability to work independently on shoots.
Good to have
Motion graphics basics (After Effects or similar).
Color grading experience (DaVinci).
Experience with product storytelling, interviews, or ad edits.
Tools/equipment
Familiarity with DSLRs/mirrorless/cinema cameras, gimbals, tripods, lighting kits, and audio recorders (equipment will be provided).
