The Videographer is responsible for end-to-end creation of visual content for all social media platforms. This includes planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality photo and video content for organic social posts, reels, shorts, and paid ads. The role requires a hands-on creative who can independently execute shoots and maintain strong visual consistency across platforms.
Content Planning & Execution
- Plan shoots based on content briefs and social media requirements
- Create shot lists and execute shoots as per content calendar
- Coordinate with marketing and editing teams for content requirements
Photography
- Shoot high-quality product and lifestyle photographs for social media and ads
- Execute flat-lays, close-ups, packaging, and usage-based shots
- Manage lighting, props, backgrounds, and styling independently
Cinematography
- Shoot short-form videos for reels, shorts, and ads
- Handle camera operation, lighting setups, gimbals, and framing
- Capture content in required formats (vertical, square, landscape)
Social Media Production Support
- Ensure raw photo and video assets meet platform quality standards
- Follow brand visual guidelines during shoots
- Deliver organized raw files to the editing team
Asset Handover
- Properly label, organize, and hand over raw assets to editors
- Support reshoots or additional capture if required
Must Have
- 2–5 years of experience in cinematography
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques
- Experience shooting content for social media platforms
- Ability to independently manage shoots end to end
