About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who understands modern internet culture, startup aesthetics, and premium visual storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who can create aspirational, high-retention content for startups, products, and brands across social platforms. You should have a sharp eye for design, pacing, motion, and storytelling - with the ability to turn raw ideas into visually compelling short-form content. We are specifically looking for creators who understand modern digital content styles and modern startup-focused branding aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and paid campaigns

• Create premium motion graphics, transitions, and animated visual elements

• Develop engaging storytelling structures with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and retention-focused edits • Work on product, startup, and brand-focused content with a modern and aspirational visual identity

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to transform ideas into high-performing visual content

• Use AI-powered creative workflows and GenAI tools to improve speed, quality, and experimentation

• Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring consistency and visual quality

• Stay updated with trends in social media editing, motion design, and creator-style content Required Skills • Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve or similar tools

• Excellent understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, typography, and visual composition

• Strong knowledge of social media storytelling and audience retention techniques

• Experience working with startup, product, SaaS, or modern brand content

• Understanding of GenAI-assisted creative workflows and AI content tools

• Ability to independently manage shoots, edits, revisions, and deliveries

• Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented execution Preferred Profile
