Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR for a Videographer/Cinematographer. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-quality video productions, including operating cameras, setting up lighting, and filming engaging content. The role involves managing all stages of video production to deliver compelling visual narratives that align with PIE MATRIX's mission. Collaboration with the creative team and innovative contributions are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with Video Production and end-to-end project handling
• Proficiency in Camera Handling
• Skills in Lighting setup and optimization for professional-quality visuals
• Expertise in Shooting Video for various formats and settings - Youtube & Reels
• Knowledge of effective camera techniques and equipment handling
• Ability to creatively contribute to innovative visual storytelling
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently on-site in New Delhi
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Familiarity with editing software and post-production processes is a plus
