About The Opportunity
We are hiring an on-site Videographer based in India to lead end-to-end video production for marketing, employer branding, product demos, and social channels. You will translate creative briefs into polished visual storiesshooting on location and in-studio, editing for multiple formats, and ensuring all content aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots on-site across Indiamanage pre-production logistics, location setups, and schedules.
- Operate and maintain professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage for short-form and long-form formats.
- Edit and deliver final assets optimized for social platforms (Reels, Shorts), website, email campaigns, and paid media.
- Create motion graphics, apply color grading, and polish audio to meet brand standards and platform specifications.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to refine creative direction, meet deadlines, and iterate quickly on feedback.
- Organize media assets, manage file naming/transcoding, and maintain equipment inventory and on-location safety protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven portfolio demonstrating branded marketing and social video content.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and professional editing workflows.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics creation.
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve and color grading techniques.
- Hands-on camera operation using DSLR/mirrorless systems and knowledge of lenses.
- Field audio capture and location sound recording skills.
Preferred
- Experience with gimbals, stabilizers, and basic drone videography.
- Background in studio lighting setups and multi-camera shoots.
- Prior work on short-form social formats and performance-focused content.
Location & Practicals
- On-site role based in India; must be available for travel to shoot locations as required.
- Company provides access to select equipment; candidates with their own kit are preferred.
