Role Description The Videographer at Bitrage Markets will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing high-quality video content that supports marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting, and capturing footage for promotional campaigns, educational content, social media, and internal projects. The role includes collaborating with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists, as well as editing video materials to deliver engaging and visually consistent content. The Videographer will also maintain equipment, manage media files, and ensure that all videos align with brand guidelines and project timelines.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and post-production workflows.
• Proficient Camera Operation and Camera handling skills, with experience using professional video equipment.
• Ability to manage Lighting setups and Shooting Video in diverse environments and formats.
• Experience with video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, framing, and sound basics.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly about creative concepts.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in marketing, digital content creation, or financial services is an advantage.
