We're a creative marketing agency on the lookout for a passionate Video Editor & Videographer to join our growing content team. What You'll Do
- Shoot and capture high-quality video content for client brands — reels, ad films, brand stories, behind-the-scenes, events, and more
- Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and color correction to elevate video quality
- Use AI-powered video tools (e.g., for editing, voiceovers, captioning, upscaling, or content generation) to speed up workflows and explore new creative formats
- Collaborate closely with the creative, social media, and client servicing teams to understand briefs and translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Manage and organize footage, project files, and equipment efficiently
- Stay updated on video trends, platform formats, and emerging AI tools in the content creation space
What We're Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience in video editing and/or videography (freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply)
- Hands-on knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Basic understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio capture
- Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar) is a strong plus
- A good eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving agency setup
- A reel or portfolio showcasing your work is required
