Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Videographer & Editor to build the visual storytelling identity of our luxury/custom men's shoe brand. This role will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for social media, website, ads, campaigns, customer stories, and brand films.
You will work closely with the founder, content strategist, and store team to capture product craftsmanship, customer experiences, and brand lifestyle narratives with a strong emphasis on authenticity, aspirational aesthetics, and storytelling.
This role is central to positioning the brand as a premium yet relatable local favourite.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Filming- Plan and shoot high-quality video content including:
- Product showcase videos
- Founder storytelling / talking-head content
- Behind-the-scenes (workshop, design & craftsmanship process)
- Customer testimonial & transformation stories
- Store experience, ambience & lifestyle footage
- Campaign & lookbook videos
- UGC-style content for social platforms
- Capture clean audio and professional-level footage
- Maintain brand-consistent lighting, mood & framing
- Coordinate shoot schedules with internal teams & customers
- Select ideal locations, props & angles to elevate premium positioning
Editing & Post-Production- Edit videos for multiple formats:
- Instagram reels
- YouTube shorts
- Website banners
- Ads
- Long-form brand content
- Add:
- Music
- Graphics
- Subtitles
- Color grading
- Transitions
- Maintain consistent visual identity & tone
- Repurpose content across channels
- Organize and maintain content library
Social-First Storytelling- Understand Instagram & YouTube trends and formats
- Adapt edits for maximum retention & engagement
- Create scroll-stopping hooks & intros

Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience- 25 years in videography & editing
- Preferably with:
- Fashion / lifestyle / premium retail brands
- D2C or boutique brand experience
- Strong portfolio is mandatory
