Overview
We're looking for a talented videographer & editor to join us and elevate our visual content across platforms. As a videographer & editor, you will be responsible for creating impactful video content that tells the story of multiple brands. This includes producing, shooting, editing, and enhancing short-form and long-form videos, motion graphics, and marketing campaigns.
This role requires a hands-on creative professional who is comfortable managing end-to-end video production, including client shoots, internal content, and multi-location coverage. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Skills
- Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and motion design.
- Strong hands-on experience with professional cameras (Canon preferred), lighting, and sound equipment.
- Knowledge of drone operation (preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Experience handling client shoots and professional production environments.
- Creative Skills:
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding principles.
- Ability to create animations and motion graphics.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proven ability to create engaging, visually compelling video content for various platforms.
- AI Skills (Must Have):
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, or similar.
- Ability to use AI for video generation, editing, enhancement, and creative storytelling.

Responsibilities
- Video Production:
- Handle professional camera equipment (preferably Canon or similar) to shoot high-quality videos.
- Plan and execute shoots for reels, interviews, culture videos, product showcases, client projects, and event coverage.
- Manage client shoots and brand shoots, ensuring high production quality and professionalism on-site.
- Create and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Operate drones for capturing aerial footage when required (added advantage).
- Handle multiple shoots simultaneously, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Post-production:
- Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI tools, and other relevant software.
- Design animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Manage tasks such as sound design, color grading, and captioning.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a visually compelling narrative.
- AI-Driven Content Creation:
- Create high-quality AI-generated videos, ads, and visual content using tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora (or similar ones).
- Leverage AI tools for editing, visual enhancement, automation, and faster content production workflows.
- Experiment with AI-led storytelling formats to create innovative and high-performing content.
- Collaboration & Campaigns:
- Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video campaigns for social media, websites, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop graphics for videos, thumbnails, and promotions.
- Content Creation:
- Produce content for both short-form (reels, TikToks, etc.) and long-form videos (brand stories, interviews, and culture videos).
- Stay on top of social media trends and incorporate them into your content strategy.
- Provide creative inputs to elevate production quality and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Constantly experiment with new video styles, techniques, and trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Travel & Coverage:
- Travel to other cities to capture events, office culture, and on-ground footage when required.
- Work closely with local teams during visits to ensure seamless execution.
- Be available for on-ground shoots, client projects, and campaign coverage when required.
- Visual Consistency and File Management:
- Ensure all video content maintains a consistent visual tone and style in line with Lollypop's brand ethos.
- Organize and manage raw footage, final edits, and project files efficiently.
- Multi-brand Management:
- Coordinate and deliver video content for different brands, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
