Overview
We're looking for a Creative Video Editor to join our growing in-house content team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone with a sharp creative eye, fast hands, and a deep understanding of both short and long form video content. Roles & Responsibilities
• Conceptualise, shoot, and edit scroll stopping social media content for a wide range of brands.
• Own the entire visual journey from spotting the shot to delivering a final edit that actually works on social.
• Shoot content across real world environments: luxury resorts, restaurants, breweries, studios, streets, and everything in between.
• Turn ideas, trends, and briefs into strong visual stories made specifically for social platforms.
• Edit with pace, rhythm, hooks, and trending formats that make people stop, watch, and rewatch.
• Create content across different styles like aesthetic, lifestyle, fun, meme-led, pop culture, high energy, and interactive formats.
• Adapt quickly to different brand personalities while keeping the content native, relevant, and visually sharp.
• Stay plugged into social media trends, creator formats, platform updates, and evolving visual styles.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and creatives to bring ideas to life as content people actually want to watch.
• Work fast, think visually, and handle multiple shoots and edits without losing quality or attention to detail.
Requirements/Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience creating video content specifically for social media platforms.
• A strong portfolio or showreel that demonstrates real world social content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc.).
• Portfolio is mandatory.
• Hands on experience owning content end to end, from shoot to final delivery in a professional or agency setup.
• Practical knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups (natural & studio), and on-ground shooting workflows.
• Proven ability to work across multiple brands and industries, adapting visual styles without losing quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced agency environment with tight timelines and overlapping projects.
• Strong creative judgement knowing what works on social versus what just looks good.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with copywriters, strategists, and creative teams.
• High attention to detail, consistency, and execution quality across deliverables.
