MANNLICH is a men's grooming brand for guys who actually give a damn about themselves. Sharp products, sharper point of view. We're small, we move fast, and the camera doesn't stop rolling for long.

We're hiring a Videographer & Editor who can shoot it, cut it, and make a random Tuesday product shoot look like something worth stopping for.

This is not a sit-in-a-studio job. Some days you're shooting product macro under controlled lights. Other days you're on a Bengaluru street with a mic in someone's face asking strangers what they actually think about men wearing perfume. You need to be good at both — and unbothered by the second one.

What you'll actually do

• Shoot and edit Reels, ads, product films, and founder content — in-house, end to end
• Run indoor shoots: product, texture, lighting setups, controlled sets
• Run outdoor and on-location shoots: street, lifestyle, natural light, chaos
• Voxpops. Walk up to strangers, get them talking, get the shot. This is a real part of the job.
• Cut fast and cut well — hook in the first two seconds, no dead air after
• Handle camera, lights, and sound solo when the shoot calls for it
• Work with the content lead to take an idea from a WhatsApp voice note to a finished film
• Manage footage, keep the archive sane, and never lose a shot
• Post-production polish: colour, sound, motion, captions

Requirements

• 1–4 years shooting and editing — both, not one
• A showreel that proves it. This matters more than your resume.
• You live on short-form. You know what's working on Reels this week, not last year, because you're already watching it for fun
• Strong Premiere Pro / After Effects (or DaVinci), and fast on CapCut when the turnaround is same-day
• Comfortable approaching strangers on camera. Voxpops need someone who isn't shy — if the thought of it makes you flinch, this isn't the role
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors. Studio one day, street the next.
• Volume without drop-off — we ship a lot, and all of it has to be good

• Product and beauty shooting (macro, texture, hands-on-skin work)
• Motion graphics and sound design
• You've been on camera yourself, not just behind it
• Photography as a second language
