Video Prompt Engineer & AI FilmmakerAbout the Role
Bullet is building India's first AI-native Hindi microdrama platform. As a Video Prompt Engineer & AI Filmmaker, you'll sit at the intersection of creative storytelling and generative AI crafting the prompt systems, shot libraries, and production workflows that bring Bullet's microdrama universe to life using tools like Veo 3, Kling 3.0, and LTX Studio.
This isn't a traditional filmmaking role. You'll be part director, part prompt architect, part pipeline engineer someone who thinks in scenes but works in tokens.
What You'll Do
Prompt Engineering & Pipeline
- Design and maintain genre-specific prompt libraries for Hindi microdrama (Romance, Betrayal/Family, Mafia/Power, Revenge/Thriller)
- Build five-shot episode templates with native audio instructions, dialogue lip-sync formatting, and consistent visual tone
- Engineer character consistency workflows across multi-episode AI video productions
- Evaluate and benchmark AI video tools (Veo 3, Kling 3.0, LTX 2.3, Runway, Seedance) for production stack fit
Creative Production
- Direct AI-generated micro-films from script storyboard prompt final output
- Translate Hindi scripts into visually precise, culturally grounded shot-level prompts
- Maintain visual consistency character appearance, wardrobe, location continuity across episodes
- Collaborate with the content and writing team to ensure prompt outputs serve the story, not just look pretty
Quality & Iteration
- Run structured QA on AI video outputs: composition, emotion, lip-sync accuracy, cultural authenticity
- Build and maintain a shot reference library (good outputs, failure modes, style anchors)
- Document learnings, iterate prompt structures, and contribute to Bullet's internal AI filmmaking playbook
Who You Are
Must Have
- 1-2 years in film production, cinematography, video direction, or a related creative field
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with at least one major AI video tool (Veo, Kling, Runway, Pika, LTX, or equivalent)
- Strong visual storytelling instinct you can describe a scene so precisely that an AI can render it right
- Ability to write structured, reproducible prompts- not just vibes, but systems
Good to Have
- Experience with Vertex AI / GCP for model access
- Familiarity with LoRA-based character consistency or image-anchored video workflows
- Prior work in OTT, web series, or short-form content production
- Understanding of microdrama as a format (cliffhangers, coin-unlock structure, episode pacing)
- Comfort with basic Python or shell scripting for batch prompt execution
