Video Production Specialist

We're building a strong personal brand presence and are looking for a creative, execution-driven Video Production Specialist to join us in-house.

This role focuses on shooting high-quality content featuring a female founder, designed for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

What You'll Work On

Founder-led videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn content)

Personal brand storytelling & educational content

Behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life shoots

Trend-based and high-engagement short-form content

Your Role

Plan and execute video shoots (indoor & outdoor)

Handle camera, lighting, and audio setup

Direct the founder for confident on-camera delivery

Capture clean, premium-quality footage

Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas

What We're Looking For

Experience in video production / content shooting

Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels, Shorts)

Eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling

Ability to make subjects feel comfortable on camera

Creative + execution-focused mindset
