Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Video Production Specialist to lead professional shoots, edit videos, and create engaging content for client mandates.

This role requires strong on-ground execution skills, coupled with the ability to produce high-quality, impactful edits tailored for digital platforms. It is ideal for someone who can balance technical expertise with creative judgment and consistently elevate the quality of visual content.

Job Responsibilities

1.Execute professional shoots across categories:

- Brand Content: Professional studio podcasts, leadership interviews, thought leadership videos, culture content,

employer branding films

- Client & Commercial Shoots: Testimonials, case studies, corporate profile videos, product shoots, campaign

creatives, ad films

- Digital-First Content: Reels, short-form videos, performance marketing creatives

2. Independently manage camera, lighting, and audio setups

3. Edit reels and short-form content with strong pacing and clean cuts

4. Create highlight edits from long-form content

5. Ensure platform-ready delivery aligned with brand guidelines

Required Skills & Expertise

1. 4-5 years of hands-on videography experience

2. Strong technical command of lighting, framing, and sound

3. Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools

4. Experience across agency or corporate environments

5. Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling shoots independently
