Role Description

The Video Production Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role involves supporting the end-to-end production of video content, including planning shoots, assisting, organizing equipment, and coordinating schedules, and editing.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the content, marketing and social media teams, maintaining production quality standards, managing basic post-production workflows, and preparing video assets for publishing.

  • Edit engaging Reels and short-form videos using company footage, stock images/videos, and basic motion graphics.
  • Add captions, music, transitions, and effects optimized for social media platforms.
  • Capture basic photos and videos for products, events, behind-the-scenes, and promotional content.
  • Assist in planning and executing simple shoots as per creative requirements.
  • Organize media files and deliver content within deadlines.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and implement them in content creation.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to support organizing shoots and coordinating resources.
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
  • Basic photography and videography skills with an eye for composition and lighting.
  • Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content formats.
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to work effectively with team members, talent, and community partners.
  • Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to review footage, ensure consistency, and maintain visual and audio standards.
  • Should possess Training-related skills to assist in creating or supporting video-based learning materials and tutorials.
  • Ability to follow creative briefs, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Media, Film, Communication, Design, or a related field is an advantage.

Knowledge of relevant AI tools to assist in workflow or coordination is an added advantage.
