We're looking for someone who can turn video ideas into real, well-executed shoots without chaos (or at least, with controlled chaos).
As our
Video Production Executive, you'll be the one behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly - from planning shoots and coordinating teams to ensuring we get the final output exactly as envisioned. If you're someone who loves being on set, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every frame counts, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and manage end-to-end video shoots (pre, during, and post)
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors (photographers, videographers, editors, studios, etc.)
- Create shoot plans, timelines, call sheets, and ensure everything is in place before shoot day
- Be on-ground during shoots to manage execution, troubleshoot issues, and keep things on track
- Work closely with creative and content teams to understand the vision and bring it to life
- Oversee post-production ensuring edits, feedback, and final deliveries happen on time
- Manage budgets, logistics, locations, equipment, and permissions
- Ensure quality control across all video outputs
What You Bring
- Experience in video production, shoot management, or a similar role (agency experience is a big plus)
- Strong understanding of how shoots work - camera, lighting, sound, and overall production flow
- Excellent coordination and multitasking skills (because shoots rarely go exactly as planned)
- Good communication skills so that you can manage clients and creative teams without things getting lost in translation
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly on the ground
- Familiarity with editing workflows and tools is a plus
