Video Production Coordinator / Senior Production Executive

Vox Agencies Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dependable Video Production Coordinator / Senior Production Executive to coordinate video-production projects from pre-production through final delivery.

This role is suited to an organised, practical and solution-oriented professional with hands-on experience in video production, advertising or creative media. The person will work closely with the director, clients, Client communication, DOPs, editors, freelancers and production partners to ensure smooth coordination, quality control and timely delivery.

The engagement will initially be freelance / part-time with a hybrid working arrangement, with the possibility of a longer-term association based on performance and mutual fit.

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Responsibilities

• Coordinate video-production projects from planning through final delivery.
• Liaise with DOPs, editors, freelancers, equipment vendors and other production partners.
• Manage shoot schedules, resource availability and production timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, Excel trackers, schedules and production files.
• Coordinate footage handovers, editing assignments and post-production workflows.
• Review video drafts against project briefs and identify quality issues.
• Coordinate client communication, feedback, revisions and delivery updates.
• Track project progress, follow up on pending tasks and resolve routine coordination issues.
• Support client meetings, production meetings and selected on-location shoots when required.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and escalate important creative, commercial or production decisions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3+ years of experience in video production, advertising production, media or a creative agency.
• Practical understanding of video-production workflows, shooting requirements and post-production.
• Familiarity with Kolkata's DOP, editor, freelancer and production-vendor ecosystem is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and project-tracking tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Professional maturity, reliability, problem-solving skills and a collaborative working style.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of the tasks in hand.
• Willingness to attend selected client meetings and shoots in Kolkata.

Engagement Structure

Freelance / part-time, hybrid working arrangement. Compensation and engagement terms will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on relevant experience and the agreed scope of work.
