Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Video Production Assistant to join our team. This in-office role in Pune is perfect for someone passionate about filmmaking and video production. You will assist in planning, shooting, and producing engaging video content, primarily for YouTube and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate video shoots in our in-house studio
• Operate cameras, lighting, and other equipment to ensure high-quality footage
• Contribute creative ideas and techniques during shoots
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and in excellent working condition
• Assist with outdoor shoots, when required

Qualifications and Skills:

• A fresher or recent graduate with a passion for filmmaking or cinematography
• Basic knowledge of cameras and video production (training provided)
• Strong creative instincts and attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive attitude
