The Team

We are seeking a Video Production and LMS Specialist to join our Global Learning & Development (L&D) function. The role will have two primary responsibilities; to work with the L&D function to create and edit video content (and other elearning content) into high-quality learning solutions and secondly, assist in managing and administering the firm's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless execution of learning programs, and supporting global stakeholders across regions. This position will work closely with members of the GPO Learning Optimization team and Learning Portfolio team members in performance of these duties.

How You Will Contribute

Video Production:

  • Analyse existing video content and create a storyboard that outlines identified excerpts and the visual sequence for each video
  • Review and edit existing videos with speakers to ensure smooth spoken delivery, including removing filler words and applying noise reduction when needed
  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials (e.g., eLearning modules, instructor-led training, virtual learning, job aids, and microlearning)
  • In some instances, create educational videos from scratch based on requests. Collaborate with Learning Optimization and Portfolio teams to define learning objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Produce subtitles in multiple languages upon request
  • Produce natural, high-quality voiceover audio that matches tone and context, using AI voice tools upon request
  • Add animated visuals and static content to summarise or highlight key points from speakers when required.
  • Trim and lightly edit recordings from Teams training sessions to create polished and reusable training assets
  • Ensure content aligns with business goals and meets adult learning principles and best practices
  • Work with Learning Optimization team members to ensure learning materials are accessible and easy to navigate for all learners.

LMS Administration:


  • Upload, test, and maintain e-learning modules, ILT/VILT sessions, and blended learning offerings
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the LMS (user accounts, roles, permissions, course creation, catalog updates, assignments, learning paths)
  • Configure and troubleshoot LMS functionalities, ensuring system reliability and smooth learner experience
  • Support global L&D programs by scheduling, publishing, and tracking courses/events on the LMS
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track participation, completion, compliance, and learning effectiveness
  • Manage communications (emails, reminders, notifications) related to learning programs
  • Partner with global L&D teams, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate deployment of learning programs.

Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in LMS (or other similar system) administration
  • Strong understanding of LMS platforms (Docebo, others)
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI) and content upload/testing
  • Proficiency with Camtasia or other video editing tools
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools for data analysis and dashboards
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones Knowledge of compliance and CPE learning processes in a professional services firm is an advantage.
  • Experience in a Global Capability Center or shared services environment.
