What You'll Own

  • End-to-end video production leadership: Ideate, script, storyboard, film, and deliver educational videos across disciplines.
  • Collaborate with content experts to convert academic objectives into engaging visual stories, tailoring formats for both shortform (Reels, Shorts) and longform (lectures, explainers).
  • Manage full logistics: Scheduling shoots, coordinating presenters or voice-overs, handling equipment, locations, and post-production workflows.
  • Deliver polished visual content: Editing, motion graphics, sound-mixing, subtitles, color grading, and final output that aligns with SciAstra's high-quality visual brand.
  • Develop a scalable video pipeline: Create systems and templates for consistent, efficient delivery under brand and pedagogical standards.
  • Drive performance feedback loops: Monitor metrics such as views, engagement, retention; work with marketing/content teams to iterate content strategy.
  • Stay current with trends and formats: Ensure videos are optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebookleveraging the latest tools and storytelling techniques.
