About the Role:
We are seeking a Video Producer to create clear, engaging, and high-quality videos for product education and marketing. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role - you'll appear on camera, record voiceovers, and edit videos from start to finish. Scripts will be provided; your focus will be on professional delivery, production quality, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- On-Camera Presentation: Serve as the primary on-screen talent, delivering content clearly, confidently, and engagingly for various video types (tutorials, conceptual explanations, and marketing materials).
- Voiceover & Audio: Record clear, professional-quality narration.
- Video Production: Use your home/studio setup to manage lighting, sound, and camera for recordings.
- Expert Editing: Execute all post-production tasks, including cutting, assembly, basic motion graphics, sound mixing, color correction, and ensuring brand consistency using industry-standard software. Handle all post-production, including assembly, captions, sound balance, color correction, and applying brand templates.
- Content Focus: Produce a range of videos, including: How-To Tutorials, Product Demos, Conceptual Explanations, and Marketing Videos.
- Collaboration: Work efficiently with the Marketing, Content and Support Teams to translate scripts into compelling visual content.
- On-Camera Presentation: Deliver content confidently and articulately for tutorials, conceptual explainers, and marketing videos.
- Output: Produce a high volume of short-form videos (approx. 10+ per week for tutorials).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years in video production, video editing, or digital content creation.
- A degree from a reputable university.
- Must be based in India.
- Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Comfortable presenting on camera and well-spoken in English.
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and receptive to feedback for quick iterations.
