Video Producer Hybrid (Delhi)

We are looking for a hands-on Creative person who can think, shoot, edit, and lead.

This role is not for someone who only manages or only executes.

You will own creative direction, execution quality, and brand output.

Location: Delhi-Rohini (Hybrid)

Compensation: 20,00025,000/month + performance incentives

What You'll Do -

• Define and execute creative vision aligned with business goals
• Lead editors, designers, and creatives
• Oversee shoots, edits, scripts, and final output
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Connect content performance with business outcomes
• Must-Have SkillsStrong editing and design knowledge
• Ability to shoot and edit content independently when required
