The Role

We're hiring a high-energy Video Producer to create, edit, and publish video content across YouTube and Shorts. You'll own 2-3 video properties from recording to publicationboth online and offline content.

What You'll Do

• Record and edit engaging video content for multiple formats
• Manage full production pipeline: concept recording editing publishing
• Create optimized content for YouTube long-form and Shorts
• Write titles, descriptions, and design thumbnails
• Maintain publishing schedules and track performance

Must Have:

• High energy and self-starter attitude
• Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Understanding of YouTube platform and optimization
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have:

• Short-form content experience
• Basic graphic design skills
• Remote recording experience
