Roles and Responsibilities
End-to-end video editing & production from ideation to final delivery
Edit short and long-form content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Website, Ads)
Edit videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.
Develop creative storyboards and visual plans
Plan, set up, and direct video shoots including lighting, framing, camera work
Editing with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, and tone.
Oversee post-production editing, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics
Collaborate with marketing, brand, and leadership teams to align videos with campaign and brand strategy
Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all visual storytelling.
Track performance of video content and continuously improve creative approach based on insights.
Optimise videos for audience engagement and platform best practices.
Stay current with editing trends, techniques, tools, and formats.
What you are looking for
35 years of experience in video editing & production/film making
Strong expertise Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.
Excellent storytelling, script-writing, and creative direction skills
In-depth knowledge of framing, lighting, sound, and post-production workflows.
Familiarity with text animation and motion graphics.
Experience working across a variety of video formats promotional, educational, documentary, social-first
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
Portfolio/show reel showcasing a range of work and creative vision
