This is a full-time hybrid role for a Video Producer & Editor based in Bengaluru, with opportunities for partial work-from-home flexibility. As a Video Producer & Editor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of video production, from planning and shooting to post-production and editing. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating motion graphics, overseeing multimedia projects, editing videos, and ensuring high-quality final outputs that align with the creative vision of Clearshot and its clients.

• Experience with Video Production and expertise in filming high-quality visual content
• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, with an ability to produce polished and professional outputs
• Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Multimedia to enhance visual storytelling
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of current video and digital media trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
