Role Description

In this role, you will create high-end visual essays, documentaries, and cinematic stories that transform complex ideas into compelling visual experiences. Working across curated stock footage, archival media, original assets, and AI-generated content, you will combine screenwriting, directing, and video editing to craft films that are visually striking, intellectually engaging, and emotionally resonant. We are seeking a Cinematic Video Producer, Director & Editor who understands that filmmaking is more than assembling footage, it is the art of shaping narrative, rhythm, emotion, and meaning. From developing concepts and writing scripts to directing visual language, designing sequences, refining sound, and the final edit, you will guide projects from idea to completion, creating content that makes ideas feel tangible, memorable, and impactful.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling, screenwriting, directing, and high-end video editing.
• Exceptional eye for visual quality, composition, pacing, and the ability to select compelling footage, assets, and imagery.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, visual storytelling, camera language, shot selection, framing, camera movement, and creative direction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar post-production software.
• Experience creating documentaries, visual essays, trailers, commercials, branded content, or other cinematic productions.
• Strong understanding of sound design, music integration, color grading, and overall post-production polish.
• Excellent storytelling instincts with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging and emotionally impactful narratives.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Veo, Luma, ChatGPT, or similar platforms is a plus.

Remote (India) · Full-time

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 / month, performance-based salary increments.
