Role Description The Video Producer and Editor at KRAF Illumination is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and editing video content that communicates the company's design philosophy, projects, and brand narrative across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the design and marketing teams, capturing footage on-site, assembling and refining video sequences, adding motion graphics or multimedia elements, and ensuring high-quality post-production output. The role also involves organizing video assets, maintaining consistent visual style, and meeting deadlines for campaigns, presentations, and client-facing materials.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia for concept development, storyboarding, and on-site shooting.
• Candidates should possess advanced skills in Video Editing and Video Post-Production for color correction, sound design, and final delivery.
• Candidates should possess experience with Motion Graphics for titles, overlays, and visual enhancements that align with brand aesthetics.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing and motion software).
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of composition, lighting, and sound.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and work on-site in Chennai.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience creating content for architecture, design, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
