Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Video Manager to lead our video content strategy and production. The role involves conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and managing video content across platforms to drive brand engagement, highlight partner restaurants, and create compelling stories around food, dining, and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end video content production from ideation, scripting, storyboarding, to shooting and editing.
- Create engaging video content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with brand goals.
- Cover restaurant launches, events, and experiences through video storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, PR, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage a small team of videographers, editors, and external agencies as required.
- Ensure high-quality production standards and timely delivery of content.
- Analyze video performance metrics and optimize content strategy for maximum engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video marketing, food content, and digital storytelling.
- Maintain an organized video library and ensure proper usage of brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in video production, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or digital media.
- Strong expertise in shooting (camera handling, lighting, sound) and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- A creative eye for storytelling, with the ability to turn concepts into visually compelling content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, formats, and algorithm-driven content strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel across cities for shoots and restaurant/event coverage.
