This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji for a Video Journalist. The Video Journalist will be responsible for handling all aspects of video production, including researching and developing story ideas, shooting video footage on-field, and editing content to create visually compelling stories. The role involves collaborating with teams to deliver engaging and factual video reports, as well as managing broadcasting requirements to effectively communicate insights derived from Poll Mantra's data-driven platform.

• Proficiency in Video Journalism, including storytelling through visual mediums
• Hands-on expertise in Video Production and Shooting Video
• Experience with Broadcasting and delivering high-quality video content
• Strong Writing skills to craft clear and accurate scripts
• Good understanding of political, social, and electoral topics in India
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and work collaboratively in on-ground and time-sensitive environments
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with video editing tools and equipment is a plus
