Alienhours is looking for a Video Head to lead our video team and drive high-quality video output across brand films, product videos, corporate films, and 2D/3D animation projects.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage a team of video editors & production executives
- Oversee end-to-end video production: pre-prod shoot post
- Direct shoots and guide storytelling, visuals & pacing
- Review edits, ensure quality, and maintain project timelines
- Collaborate with creative and account teams for seamless delivery
- Supervise 2D/3D animation & motion graphics projects
What we're looking for:
- 56 years experience in filmmaking/video production
- Strong understanding of post-production tools & workflows
- Experience directing videos
- Knowledge of 2D & 3D animation
- Agency experience is a plus
- Someone who is hungry, driven, and eager to create standout video work
