Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesEdit high-quality video content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and advertisements
Design engaging reels, stories, promo videos, and motion graphics templates
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and strategists to deliver impactful AV content
Apply techniques like color grading, sound design, transitions, and pacing to enhance final output
Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all projects
Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and backups efficiently
Keep up with the latest trends on platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Provide support during video shoots (basic setup, equipment handling, etc.)
Key RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Film, Mass Media, Communication, Animation, or a related field
Proficiency inAdobe Premiere Pro,After Effects,Final Cut Pro; DaVinci Resolve is a plus
Strong portfolio orshowreelshowcasing video editing and motion graphics
Solid understanding of formats, aspect ratios, pacing, transitions, and audio syncing
Creative mindset with excellent visual and narrative skills
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Basic sound design skills and knowledge of royalty-free music sourcing
Prior experience with social media formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) is preferred
