You are a highly skilled video editor with extensive experience in both pre and post-production. You have a strong portfolio showcasing your proficiency in a range of editing software with a keen creative eye. You are adept at animations, VFX, and motion graphics, with a deep understanding of filmmaking processes. Crucially, you are forward-thinkingyou understand how Generative AI and AI-assisted tools are reshaping the industry and you know how to integrate them into your workflow to work smarter and faster.

• Edit and Produce Videos: Create polished, professional videos using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other editing software.
• AI Workflow Integration: Implement AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiencyutilizing generative AI for assets (images/video), AI-based upscaling, text-based editing, AI voice/audio enhancement, and auto-captioning workflows.
• Animation and VFX: Incorporate animations, visual effects, and motion graphics to enhance video content.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team: Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop and execute video content strategies.
• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of video production from planning to post-production.
• Post-Production Services: Estimate costs, select and assemble sequences, and prepare final deliverables.
• Team Coordination: Assemble and collaborate with professionals in color, sound design/mix, VFX, and motion graphics.
• File Management: Maintain organized files for each project to ensure easy access internally and externally.
• Client Interaction: Address notes and feedback from key creatives and clients, providing creative and technical solutions.
• Onset Participation: Participate in production operations such as camera operation, directing, and editing.

• Experience: 2-3 years as an editor at a marketing agency or video production company.
• Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Adobe Suite, high proficiency in After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (for color), Final Cut Pro, and CapCut.
• AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Google Flow, Midjourney, Pika, Adobe Firefly) and AI-assisted editing tools (e.g., Topaz Video AI, Descript, or ElevenLabs for voice).
• Knowledge: Advanced understanding of video formats, codecs, color spaces/profiles, and how to blend AI-generated assets with traditional footage seamlessly.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in post-production, filmmaking, and ideally examples of AI-assisted projects.
• Equipment: Access to own video production equipment.
